About the Jean Lallement Cuvee Reserve
Produced from old vines over 35 years of age, this Champagne offers aromas of candied fruit, hazelnut and toasted notes, followed by pear, stewed apple, cinnamon and fresh mint. A restrained dosage preserves freshness, balance and a long, elegant finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with oysters, lobster, roast chicken, creamy cheeses and seafood appetizers.
