About the Jansz Tasmania Premium Rose
A vibrant Tasmanian sparkling rose with strawberry, rose petal and fresh brioche aromas. The palate is rich and creamy from extended lees ageing, with a fine persistent bead, textured mousse and refreshing acidity. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier combine for an elegant, savoury finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with smoked salmon blini, creme fraiche, poached quince tart, or fresh oysters.
