Crafted in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, at Industrializadora de Agave San Isidro, Jaja Blanco is a modern, small-batch 100% Weber Blue Agave spirit designed for exceptional smoothness and accessibility. Sourced from estate-grown agave in the mineral-rich soils of Los Altos, the piñas are cooked in brick ovens and steam autoclaves, crushed in roller mills, and open-fermented using natural yeast. Double-distilled in classic copper pot stills, this unaged expression rests for a brief period before bottling to integrate its flavors, yielding a bright, citrus-forward profile with subtle herbal sweet notes and a clean, silky texture.
