Louis Jadot Puligny-Montrachet 2021 is a refined, classic, and beautifully balanced village-level white Burgundy crafted by Maison Louis Jadot from select vineyard sites across the Puligny-Montrachet appellation. Fermented and matured in French oak barrels (a third new) for up to 15 months, it opens with pure and elegant aromas of white flowers, lemon curd, green apple, and blanched almond, layered over subtle notes of fresh butter and wet stone minerality. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with crisp, vibrant acidity and a satiny texture, delivering focused flavors of orchard fruit and citrus that lead to a long, chalky, and precise finish.
