Grown on the hillside above the Santa Maria Bench in Santa Barbara County, the premium blocks of the Camelot Highlands vineyard are dedicated to this one-of-a-kind bottling. The ancient Chardonnay vines in these blocks have struggled through daily dense fog for over forty years on their own roots stretching down to the pre-historic, seabed soils below. This cool-climate white wine is bursting with pineapple, mango and papaya over a creamy, lush palate. Rich notes of cinnamon, candied lime, and vanilla crème brûlée create a mouth-watering finish that lingers with a touch of salinity.
