Per the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, it is distilled in a single season, aged for at least four years in a government-bonded warehouse, and bottled at a robust 100 proof. It undergoes Jack Daniel's signature charcoal mellowing process, which masterfully rounds off the sharp rye edges while preserving a bold, complex, and spicy character.
