J. Henry Small Batch Bourbon

The flagship release from Wisconsin's J. Henry & Sons. This award-winning Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made from a proprietary red heirloom corn developed specifically for the distillery. It is aged for a minimum of five years and meticulously blended in tiny batches of just 20 barrels. Slowly proofed down to 92 proof so as not to shock the spirit, it is an incredibly smooth, approachable, and sweet bourbon that makes for a fantastic daily sipper.

NOSE

Inviting aromas of toasted almonds, light honey, sweet corn, and rich vanilla.

PALATE

Creamy and approachable with lovely flavors of toffee, brown sugar, soft oak, and sweet brioche bread.

FINISH

Smooth, clean, and warming, with lingering notes of sweet caramel and gentle baking spice.
