Produced from old-vine Aligote grown in the Chaumont lieu-dit, this Burgundy displays aromas of citrus zest, green apple, white flowers and wet stone. The palate is vibrant and layered with crisp acidity, saline minerality and an exceptionally long, precise finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with oysters, shellfish, grilled fish, goat cheese and creamy poultry dishes.
