About the J Vineyards Cuvee 20 Brut
J Vineyards Cuvée 20 Brut is a wonderfully expressive, crisp, and beautifully structured sparkling wine that celebrates the house's hallmark style and the vibrant, cool-climate terroir of the Russian River Valley. Hand-harvested at night and gently pressed using traditional methods, this classic sparkling cuvée opens with nuanced aromas of fresh sourdough bread, toasted almonds, green apple, and bright tangerine. On the palate, a delicate dance of fine, lively bubbles leads to a beautifully balanced profile of juicy raspberry, wild strawberry, and lemon meringue pie. The wine's creamy texture and underlying hint of ginger snap are cleanly whisked away by a crisp, refreshing natural acidity, culminating in an exceptionally vibrant and lingering finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs flawlessly with Asian shrimp dumplings with yuzu glaze, raw oysters, seared black cod, or creamy triple-cream cheeses like St. André.
