Izadi Rioja Blanco is a sophisticated white wine from Rioja Alavesa that challenges the region's red-dominant reputation. Crafted from a blend of indigenous varieties—primarily Viura along with Malvasía, Garnacha Blanca, Tempranillo Blanco, Maturana Blanca, and Turruntés—it is known for its "crystalline precision" and vibrant mineral character. A portion of the wine is fermented and aged for six months in French oak barrels (typically 20% new), providing a creamy texture and subtle spice that balances its bright, citrusy acidity.
