Iron Maiden Darkest Red Eddie’s Blend 2024 is a rich, robust Portuguese red wine crafted in collaboration between legendary heavy metal band Iron Maiden, importer Ehrmanns Wine, and historic producer Van Zeller Wine Collection. Sourced from the Douro region, it is aged in seasoned Port barrels for 6 to 9 months. It opens with intense aromatics of dark blackberry, ripe black cherry, plum, and subtle hints of sweet baking oak spice. On the palate, it delivers a smooth, medium-to-full body with supple tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, fruity, spicy finish.
