About the Inglenook 1882 Cabernet Sauvignon 2018
With its deep, red garnet colour, the Niebaum-Coppola Cabernet Sauvignon 1882 leads off on the nose with attractive notes of cocoa powder, black cherry and ripe black plum. Immediately round and supple on the palate, the wine shows ripe flavours of cassis and black cherry, with a deft touch of French oak on the finish. Full and well-textured, this vintage of 1882 is remarkably vibrant and fresh, with polished tannins of excellent quality.

A solid cabernet with lots of blackberry, chocolate and walnut character. It's full-bodied with plenty of fruit and a flavourful finish. Juicy and intense. Needs time to soften and mellow.
