Indri Trini Indian Single Malt

Indri Trini Indian Single Malt is an acclaimed Indian single malt whisky distilled in the Himalayan foothills of Haryana by Piccadily Distilleries. Matured in a trio of wood casks—first-fill ex-bourbon, ex-French red wine, and ex-Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry barrels—it combines indigenous six-row Rajasthani barley with sub-tropical aging to deliver a complex profile of caramelized tropical fruits, subtle spice, and rich honey.

Food Pairing: Tandoori preparations, dark chocolate desserts, aged cheeses like Gouda, smoked brisket, or traditional Indian sweets like gulab jamun.

Tasting Notes : Burnished amber in appearance with a smooth, warm, and creamy full-bodied mouthfeel.

Nose : Gentle and inviting with notes of black tea, caramelized pineapple, oak, sweet vanilla, honey, and subtle vinous raisin from the sherry and wine casks.

Palate : Rich and smooth with flavors of gentle oak spice, toasted almonds, tropical pineapple and peach, nutmeg, and honeyed malt sweetness.

Finish : Long and balanced with lingering warmth, soft oak spice, and sweet fruity flavors.
