Signatory Vintage Cask Strength Collection Inchgower 13 Year Old 2011 #108

Signatory Vintage Cask Strength Collection Inchgower 13 Year Old 2011 #108 is a richly expressive Speyside single malt independently bottled by Signatory Vintage. Distilled in November 2011 and matured for 13 years in a first-fill Marsala hogshead, this limited single-cask release brings together sweet orchard fruits, dried berries, honeyed malt and warming oak spice. Its wine-cask influence adds layers of caramel, dark fruit and subtle nuttiness, creating a full-bodied whisky with a lingering, gently spiced finish. Bottled at natural cask strength of 59.6% ABV without chill filtration or added colouring.

Food Pairing: Aged Gouda, roasted walnuts, dark chocolate, berry tart, caramelized nuts, fruitcake or sticky toffee pudding.

Tasting Notes: Rich orchard fruits, dried berries, honey, caramel, toasted nuts and warming spice. These are indicative tasting notes based on the Marsala cask maturation.

Nose: Expected aromas of ripe apples, dried cherries, vanilla, honey and toasted oak.

Palate: Potentially full-bodied, with caramel, stewed fruit, malt sweetness, raisins and warming baking spice.

Finish: Expected to be long and warming, with lingering fruit sweetness, oak spice and gentle nuttiness.

Serve: Enjoy neat in a Glencairn glass, allowing the whisky to rest before tasting. Add a few drops of water to soften the cask strength and explore its fruit character.
