Il Poggione Brunello di Montalcino 2019 is an exceptionally structured, classic, and elegant Tuscan red wine produced from hand-harvested Sangiovese grapes grown on the estate's oldest vines. Aged for 30 months in large French oak barrels followed by extended bottle maturation, it displays a radiant ruby-red color with expressive aromas of ripe dark cherry, wild berries, licorice, forest floor, and sweet herbs. On the palate, it is full-bodied and serene, balancing rich plum and berry fruit flavors with velvety tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, mineral-tinged finish.
