Il Palagio's Sister Moon is a full-bodied Tuscan red wine, known for its rich, fruit-forward flavors and elegant tannins. It's a blend of Sangiovese, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, grown organically and biodynamically at Sting's Il Palagio estate. The wine is aged in French oak barrels, which contribute to its spicy, vanillic, and slightly smoky notes.
