Ijevan Armenian Brandy 3 Years Old 500ml

Produced by the historic Ijevan Wine-Brandy Factory, established in 1951 in the Tavush region of Armenia, this 3-year-old brandy is crafted in the classic Armenian spirit tradition. Distilled from indigenous Armenian white grape varieties fermented into wine, the spirit is double-distilled in traditional copper pot stills and aged for 3 years in barrels made from Caucasian oak. The resulting brandy exhibits a golden-amber color, vibrant aromas of fresh grapes and orchard fruit, soft oak warmth, and a smooth, clean palate.

Food Pairing: Dried apricots, roasted walnuts, fresh fruit platters, milk chocolate, or light cheese selections.

Tasting Notes: Bright golden-amber in appearance with warm honey highlights, displaying light-to-medium density and clean legs on the glass.
