PERDIZIONE is the Italian word that describes the feeling of falling into temptation and spicy pleasures in life. That’s the magic sensation which this powerful and full bodied wine, a blend of Southern Italian grapes like Montepulciano, Primitivo and Nero di Troia, will make you feel.
Its appearance is characterized by deep purple tones. On the nose, intense notes of ripe red fruit such as cherry and plum can be found, along with an elegant spiciness reminiscent of black pepper and cloves, with a touch of violets on the finish.
In the mouth, the PERDIZIONE showcases its smoothness, thanks to the harmonious blend of red fruits that integrates beautifully with moderate tannins. The final is complex and lingers on the palate with a long persistence.

Idi di Marzo's Perdizione is an excellent showcase for the red grapes of the still radically undervalued and utterly magical region of Abruzzo for many reasons, but perhaps the best one is how quickly I find the bottle empty when I open this around friends. Just delicious. — Danielle Callegari
