About the Idi Di Mazo Perfectly Imperfect Rose 2022 750ml
Perfection does not exist, but the beauty of this land and the wisdom of the winemakers who inhabit it have allowed us to come close. The <PERFECTLY IMPERFECT> is born on the Trabocchi Coast from a blend of Merlot, Montepulciano, and Sangiovesegrapes.
For the creation of <PERFECTLY IMPERFECT> only the juice extracted in the first soft pressing is used, known to be the most precious. Then, to achieve the maximum extraction of aromas and impart an elegant light pink color, there is no skin contact at all.
The result is a nectar that releases delicate aromas of red fruits, such as ripe strawberries and cherries, with hints of floral notes and a touch of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is incredibly fresh, with a perfect harmony between the aromas and flavors, delivering succulent red fruit flavors with hints of wild strawberries and red currants.
The <PERFECTLY IMPERFECT> rosé is the perfect pairing for raw seafood and first courses featuring fish.
