Idi Di Marzo "Amabilis" Rosato is a fresh and vibrant rosé from the Abruzzo region, named after the Latin word for "lovable." It features a brilliant bright pink color and an intense, high-quality bouquet of red fruits, specifically cherry, strawberry, and plum, accented by delicate hints of white flowers. On the palate, the wine is smooth and savory with a refreshing acidity and a persistent strawberry aroma. Some iterations, particularly when blended with Malbec, display a saline inflection and notes of green watermelon and pink grapefruit. It is aged in stainless steel to preserve its delicate fruit character and is an ideal accompaniment for raw fish, Brodetto Vastese, or light appetizers.
