About the Hudelot-Noellat Les Petits Vougeot Premier Cru 2023
The grapes are manually harvested and sorted, 80% destemmed, punched down during grape fermentation. Fermentation only with indigenous yeasts. Wines are not clarified or filtered and kept for 16 months in 30% new oak barrels. Mineral wine, nice freshness, elegant for a Vougeot.
