A precise and mineral Saint-Aubin Premier Cru, showing fresh apple, pear, smoke and subtle floral notes. Hard limestone soils bring pronounced chalky character and energy, while bright acidity, fine texture and a long, austere finish give the wine excellent aging potential.
Food Pairing: Pair with lobster, scallops, roasted poultry, creamy seafood, goat cheese, mushroom dishes and delicate white fish.
