Nose

The nose conjures aromas found within bazaars and souks - vibrantly aromatic with notes of dried herbs and aniseed.

Palate

The palate moves into notes of freshly-made leather, transported straight from the tanneries. The earthy smell is then tempered by the presence of astringent, yet, sweet liquorice root.
