About the Houraisen Kuu Junmai Daiginjo 720ml
Elegant and layered, with aromas of ripe red apple, fresh cream and delicate acacia flowers. The palate is silky and light, balancing subtle sweetness with refined rice umami and lively acidity before a smooth, rounded and lingering finish with a gentle touch of bitterness.
Food Pairing: Tuna sashimi, oysters, raw clams, white fish, shellfish, crisp vegetables and aged salty cheeses.
