Hornitos Cristalino 75th Anniversary Tequila

Crafted in Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico, at the historic Destilería La Perseverancia, Hornitos Cristalino 75th Anniversary is a commemorative 100% Weber Blue Agave expression celebrating seven and a half decades of Casa Sauza production. Harvested from estate-grown agave, the piñas are cooked in steam autoclaves, crushed in roller mills, and double-distilled in stainless steel pot stills. The spirit is aged in oak barrels for 12 to 18 months before undergoing a specialized activated charcoal filtration process. This filtration strips away the dark amber color while retaining the complex vanilla, toasted oak, and dried fruit characteristics imparted by barrel aging, yielding a crystal-clear spirit with refined smoothness and core agave character.

Food Pairing: Grilled sea bass, lobster tail with butter sauce, fresh oyster ceviche, goat cheese crostini, roasted pork tenderloin, or dark chocolate truffles.
