Holzer Original Barrel (Fernet, Aged Bitter) is an artisanal herbal liqueur crafted by third-generation Austrian distiller Raphael Holzer. Made using a traditional cold-maceration process with wild alpine botanicals—including arnica, lavender, orris root, and chamomile—harvested in Austria, this expression is rested in oak barrels to integrate its signature floral bitterness with subtle notes of vanilla, warm spice, and rounded wood character.
