Holyrood Ambir Single Malt Scotch Whisky is an imaginative expression from Edinburgh's Holyrood Distillery, bringing together traditional Scotch whisky craftsmanship with an adventurous approach to specialty malts and fermentation. As the distillery's third single malt release, Ambir explores a beautifully indulgent flavour profile built around rich malt sweetness, expressive fruit and warming vanilla. Matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry casks, it is bottled at 49.8% ABV without chill filtration or added colouring. The result is a distinctive Lowland single malt with a velvety texture, generous sweetness and an elegant savoury finish.

Food Pairing: An excellent companion to roast pork with apple glaze, duck with cherry sauce and mature cheddar. Vegetarian pairings include baked Brie with fig preserves, roasted pecans, caramelized onion tartlets and aged Gouda. For dessert, Scottish tablet, sticky toffee pudding, vanilla crème brûlée and berry cheesecake complement Ambir's indulgent sweetness.
