About the Historical XIXth Century Wine
A rare Château Palmer red inspired by a historic Bordeaux practice of blending Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon with Syrah from the Northern Rhône. Rich and structured, it combines dark fruit, spice, fine tannins and savory complexity with a long, elegant finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast beef, lamb, venison, duck, truffle dishes, mushroom preparations and aged hard cheeses.
