Hinomaru Gin Craft, also known as Hinomaru Gin Kurafudo, is a Japanese craft gin from Kiuchi Brewing and Distilling. Drawing on more than 200 years of sake-making expertise, it is distilled with botanicals including Japanese lemons and limes, red shiso, Furuuchi tea from Ibaraki Prefecture, and juniper berries. The result is a refreshing, clean and dry gin with pronounced citrus and botanical character.
