Crafted by Highwood Distillers in High River, Alberta, Highwood 25 Year Old Canadian Whisky is a rare, extra-aged expression distilled from a blend of western Canadian grains, including prairie wheat and corn. Matured for a quarter-century in oak casks in the foothills of the Canadian Rockies, this ultra-aged release is known for its silky smoothness, delicate grain sweetness, and well-integrated oak complexity.

Food Pairing: Roasted pork belly, maple-glazed salmon, aged Gruyère or Gouda cheese, dark chocolate truffles, and pecan pie.

Tasting Notes : Deep golden amber in appearance. It offers a smooth, rich, and velvety mouthfeel on the palate.
