Producer Tasting Note

Nose: Crystalized violets and soft coconut give way to hints of cured meat. White chocolate comes to the fore, followed by subtle notes of bonfire embers.

Taste: Sweet and smooth flavours of red apple and malted biscuit. Rich vanilla develops alongside dried banana pieces and light citrus zest.

Finish: A medium-bodied finish with lingering soft fruit and smoke.
