Highland Park 15 Year Old 'Viking Heart' is a rich and complex single malt Scotch whisky crafted at the Highland Park Distillery in the Orkney Islands. Matured predominantly in first-fill sherry-seasoned European oak casks along with first-fill sherry-seasoned American oak casks, it delivers a harmonious balance of warm spice, sweet vanilla, vibrant citrus, and signature aromatic heather peat smoke.

Food Pairing: Roasted pork belly, smoked salmon, dark chocolate tarts, aged Gouda, or duck breast with orange glaze.

Tasting Notes : Rich golden amber in appearance with a full-bodied, smooth, and creamy mouthfeel.

Nose : Crème brûlée, heather honey, crumbled cinnamon, fresh pineapple, lemon zest, and soft peat smoke.
