High West Cask Collection Cabernet Barrels is a limited-release blend of straight bourbon whiskeys finished in Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels. It pairs rich bourbon caramel and oak character with dark red fruit, cocoa, and wine-barrel tannins.

Food Pairing: Grilled ribeye steak, roasted lamb chops, dark chocolate desserts, plum tarts, aged gouda, and duck breast with berry reduction.

Tasting Notes : Dark red amber in appearance, offering a rich, smooth, and slightly oily medium-to-full body on the palate.
