High West Bourbon

Formerly known as American Prairie Bourbon, this release is a complex blend of straight bourbon whiskeys aged a minimum of two years. Blended in Utah, it utilizes a variety of high-rye mash bills to convey an earthy complexity and a touch of spice, making it a highly versatile whiskey that is equally at home in a cocktail or sipped neat. As a bonus, High West donates a portion of the profits from this bottle to preserve the American West.

NOSE
