Stumbletown Distilling High Tide Cocktail Gin 750ml

Stumbletown Distilling High Tide Cocktail Gin is a vibrant Canadian craft spirit produced by Stumbletown Distilling in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Distilled in small batches using locally grown Saskatchewan grain, this expression is designed to deliver an approachable, fruit-forward, and tropical botanical profile. Crafted with a blend of classic juniper, citrus peels, and exotic fruit botanicals, it offers a bright, refreshing alternative to traditional dry gin profiles while retaining enough structure to anchor a wide range of cocktails.

Food Pairing: Tropical fruit tarts, grilled shrimp skewers, fresh ceviche, coconut curry dishes, and goat cheese salad with citrus vinaigrette.

Finish: Medium-long, bright, and clean with lingering notes of zesty lime peel, subtle tropical sweetness, and a crisp, dry juniper closure.

Serve: Serve over ice topped with premium tonic water or sparkling soda, garnished with a wheel of fresh grapefruit or lime, or build into a tropical French 75, Southside, or Gin Mule.
