About the Hiedler Rose 2024
Hiedler Rose combines Zweigelt and St. Laurent in a fresh, delicately fruity Austrian rose. Brief skin contact creates its light pink color, while stainless-steel fermentation and lees maturation preserve freshness. Red berry, strawberry and peach blossom notes meet juicy fruit and fine loess-driven minerality.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled prawns, salmon tartare, tomato bruschetta, or herb-roasted chicken.
