Hibiki Harmony Japanese Whisky

Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a meticulous blend of several malt and grain whiskies from Suntory’s three renowned distilleries: Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita. It was crafted to represent the soul of Japanese nature and the twenty-four seasons of the traditional calendar, as reflected in the bottle's twenty-four facets. This non-age-statement whisky is aged in various casks, including American White Oak, Sherry, and the rare Japanese Mizunara oak. On the nose, it offers an elegant bouquet of rose, lychee, and a hint of rosemary, underscored by mature woodiness. The palate is light and honey-like, showcasing flavours of orange peel and white chocolate, leading to a long, subtle finish with a distinct touch of Mizunara spice.
