Hibiki Japanese Harmony Whisky

Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a meticulous blend of more than ten malt and grain whiskies produced by Suntory, drawing from the Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries. Crafted under the supervision of Master Blender Shingo Torii and Chief Blender Shinji Fukuyo, this expression is matured in five different cask types, including American white oak, Sherry, and Mizunara oak. Presented in a 24-faceted bottle representing the 24 seasons of the traditional Japanese lunar calendar, it yields an exceptionally delicate, subtle, and harmonious profile.

Food Pairing: Sushi, sashimi, grilled yakitori, fresh oysters, dark chocolate, and light citrus desserts.

Tasting Notes : Amber color in appearance with a delicate, smooth, and velvety mouthfeel on the palate.

Nose : Rose, lychee, a hint of rosemary, mature woodiness, and sandalwood.

Palate : Honey-like sweetness, candied orange peel, and white chocolate.

Finish : Subtle, long finish with a hint of Mizunara oak.
