About the Hentley Farm The Beauty Shiraz 2022
An elegant Barossa Shiraz showing blueberry, white florals, white pepper and sage. The palate combines lovely fruit drive with soft tannins and seamlessly integrated oak. Grown on Hentley Farm's cooler Seppeltsfield block, the wine is co-fermented with Viognier skins and finished with a refined, subtle texture.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with herb-crusted lamb rack, peppered beef tenderloin, or rosemary-roasted mushrooms.
