Hentley Farm The Quintessential 2017 combines Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon in a concentrated Barossa expression. Layers of blue and red fruits meet milk chocolate, liquorice and graphite, while extended bottle age has developed a seamless, velvety texture with integrated structure and balance.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled ribeye steak, rosemary lamb shoulder, or slow-braised beef cheeks.
