The Henschke Cyril Henschke 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine blend from Eden Valley, Barossa, South Australia. It's a deep crimson in color with fragrant aromas of black currant, cassis, and dark plum. The palate is focused and lush, with wild berries, dried herbs, spice, vanilla, and cedar notes. It's a blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Merlot. It has been aged in French oak hogsheads for 18 months.
