Henry of Pelham Old Vines Baco Noir is a full-bodied red with rich black currant and spice flavours supported by depth and structure. Fruit from mature vines, some planted in 1984, develops concentrated character, while oak aging contributes a distinctive toasty finish and added complexity.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled leg of lamb, Bolognese tortellini, steak tacos, or venison.
