About the Henry of Pelham Baco Noir
Henry of Pelham Baco Noir is a rich, robust, and fruit-forward Canadian red wine produced by Henry of Pelham Family Estate Winery in Ontario’s Niagara Peninsula. Sourced from estate vineyards, it displays an intense ruby-purple color in the glass. The nose opens with expressive aromas of ripe blackberry, dark plum preserve, and black cherry, layered with subtle notes of smoky oak, vanilla, and toasted spice. On the palate, it is medium- to full-bodied, smooth, and supple, offering vibrant black fruit flavors balanced by lively natural acidity, gentle tannins, and a clean, savory finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with barbecued pork ribs, grilled burgers, roasted chicken, savory sausages, pizza, and sharp aged cheddar cheese.
