This "Cuvée Prestige" serves as a refined introduction to the elegance of red Burgundy, crafted by the Henri de Villamont estate in Savigny-lès-Beaune. The wine is sourced from diverse vineyards across the Côte de Beaune, Côte de Nuits, and Côte Chalonnaise, ensuring a complex and balanced profile. Its production involves aging 40% of the wine in oak barrels for 14 months, with the remaining 60% matured in stainless steel to preserve fresh fruit character. The result is a shiny red-garnet wine with a lightly woody bouquet of red fruits and soft spices like cinnamon, defined by roundness and elegant tannins on the palate.
