Hennessy VSOP Cognac

Hennessy VSOP Cognac is a harmonious and balanced cognac produced by Jas Hennessy & Co. First created in 1817 at the request of the future King George IV of the United Kingdom, it is crafted from a blend of over 60 different eaux-de-vie aged in seasoned French oak casks, resulting in a rich, velvety profile marked by fresh fruit, toasted oak, and delicate spices.

Food Pairing: Roasted duck breast, foie gras, dark chocolate desserts, aged gouda, or rich caramelized pork belly.
