Hennessy Paradis Cognac

Hennessy Paradis Cognac is an ultra-premium, incredibly elegant French cognac created in 1979 by legendary Master Blender Maurice Fillioux. Named after the historic "Paradis" cellar—the founder's cellar where the house of Hennessy stores its oldest and most precious eaux-de-vie—this masterpiece is a harmonious blend of up to 100 different eaux-de-vie that have been aged for up to 130 years. Primarily sourced from the prestigious Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne crus, it is celebrated worldwide for its voluptuous complexity, silky finesse, and exceptional depth of flavor.

Food Pairing: Seared duck breast with cherry reduction, candied orange peel dipped in dark chocolate, glazed pork tenderloin, or premium blue cheeses like Roquefort.

TASTING NOTES - A deep, luminous amber with rich coppery highlights. It possesses a highly velvety, voluptuous, and remarkably silk-like mouthfeel that coats the palate in luxurious warmth and deep, refined oiliness.

NOSE - Extremely elegant and floral, revealing a delicate bouquet of dried roses and honeysuckle, deeply layered with sweet spices, cinnamon, cardamom, candied fruits, and subtle notes of honey and rancio wood.

PALATE - Rich and incredibly smooth, offering an explosion of ripe peaches, dried apricots, and crystallized oranges, which melt into deeper flavors of sweet vanilla, fresh honey, roasted nuts, truffle, and warm oak spices.

FINISH - Monumentally long, smooth, and persistent, fading gracefully with lingering notes of dark chocolate, sweet spices, light smoke, and highly mature rancio oak.

SERVE - Best served neat at room temperature in a tulip glass, allowing the complex aromas to develop fully. It is also excellent served over a single large block of clear, slow-melting ice in a heavy tumbler.
