Hendrick's Midsummer Solstice Gin is a flirtatious, deeply aromatic limited-edition release from Master Distiller Lesley Gracie’s "Cabinet of Curiosities." Inspired by the intense sensory power of nature during the peak of the summer solstice, this expression pays homage to the original floral focus of Hendrick's. It layers the traditional house foundation of 11 botanicals, crisp cucumber, and Bulgarian rose with a proprietary secret bouquet of bright, sun-ripened summer blooms, resulting in an exceptionally refreshing, bright, and romantic gin.

Food Pairing: Pairs elegantly with summer brunch favorites such as strawberry-topped goat cheese crostini, lemon-herb grilled chicken skewers, smoked salmon, or fresh oysters. It is also an exquisite companion to desserts like raspberry macarons, lemon tarts, or lavender shortbread biscuits.
