Heaven's Door Double Barrel Whiskey

Co-created with music legend Bob Dylan, this award-winning 100-proof whiskey is a unique blend of three different spirits: two Tennessee bourbons and one straight rye. Each whiskey is aged independently for at least six years, then married together and finished for an additional year in heavily charred, virgin American oak barrels. The liquid also undergoes the Lincoln County Process (maple charcoal filtering), resulting in a remarkably smooth, dark, and complex sip.

NOSE

Rich maple and milled grains lead the way, followed by a light nuttiness, dried berries, vanilla custard, and toasted oak.

PALATE

Full-bodied with robust notes of toasted caramel, dark cherry, Meyer lemon, vanilla bean, and warm butterscotch.

FINISH

Bold, complex, and lasting, leaving a trail of deep caramel, dry oak, and lingering spice.
