The Hearach First Fill Oloroso Cask Matured is a richly expressive single malt Scotch whisky crafted at the Isle of Harris Distillery in Scotland's Outer Hebrides. The distillery's second permanent whisky expression, introduced in 2024, is matured entirely in carefully selected first-fill Oloroso sherry butts sourced from José y Miguel Martín in southern Spain. This distinctive maturation brings deep, nutty sherry richness together with the distillery's gently peated island spirit. Distilled, matured and bottled on the Isle of Harris, this whisky is presented at 46% ABV without chill filtration or artificial colouring, delivering a beautifully balanced combination of warm spice, citrus, toasted nuts and delicate fireside smoke.

Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with roasted lamb, glazed duck, aged Manchego, mature cheddar and toasted hazelnuts. Vegetarian accompaniments include wild mushroom risotto, caramelized onion tart and roasted chestnuts. For dessert, enjoy with dark chocolate, orange cake or spiced fruitcake.
