Heaphy Sauvignon Blanc is a vibrant Nelson white offering seagrass, pink citrus, Granny Smith apple, lime zest, passionfruit, and subtle saline notes. The palate is concentrated and refreshing, with fine lees texture, lively acidity, bright fruit, mineral freshness, and an intense finish.
Food Pairing: Oysters, shellfish, grilled fish, goat cheese, fresh salads, sushi, ceviche, prawns, and lightly spiced Asian dishes.
